How To Get The Most From Your Discovery Session
If this is your first time having a discovery session with a certified hypnotist, this video will walk you through everything you need to know to understand how your call will go.
1. Show up for your call at the scheduled time
It was important enough for you to schedule time out of your day to speak with an expert to help with your challenge.
I will call you at the time you scheduled, if we miss each other, I'll try again in 5-10 minutes. If I can't reach you on the second attempt, we likely won't have time to cover everything you need. In this case, you can reschedule your strategy session for a later date.
2. Want the change
Hypnosis is one of the most powerful methods of change, but it can't make you do anything you don't want to do. This means that hypnosis works really well when you want the change and are just struggling to make it yourself.
3. Understand your goals
Over the years, I've found that hypnosis creates the biggest results when we focus on one goal at a time. You may have several areas you want to work on, and that's completely normal.
So take a moment to consider which goal will have the biggest impact on your life. We'll start there and work on that. After we've achieved success, we can look at the next biggest area of impact and work on that.
In this way, we can create the biggest impact in your life as quickly as possible.
4. Understand your challenges
Understanding your goals is part of the equation. But understanding what is preventing you from achieving those goals is the real key. Understanding your challenges often allows the solution(s) to be straight-forward.
So take a few moments to think, "Where am I holding myself back?"
Do you need help:
- Making the change quickly?
- Making the change on your own?
- With someone who's done this sort of thing before?

5. Have your questions ready
We have 30 minutes together on the call, and I want to make sure you get everything you need. That's why we'll start the call with me asking you some questions to understand your goals and challenges to see how I can best help.
